How to Become a Vendor
Getting started is simple:
- Visit vendors-mall.com
- Hover over “Vendors”
- Select “How to Become a Vendor”
- To go straight to the application, click this link: “Vendors Application_2.
- Once fill out email it to vendors@vendors-mail.com
- Or you can download the application from the article page and submit it via the contact page by clicking on “vendors@vendors-mall.com.
- The information Vendors Mall need to process your vendors request is as follows:
- Vendor Name
- Business Name (if applicable)
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Brief Description of Your Business
- Do you have a “Texas Sales Tax Permit and a NACIS Code”. If not go to the “Articles Page” to find out how to get these documents.
- Do you wish to be featured on Vendors Mall Website under “Meet Our Vendors.

What to Expect
Once your information is received, a member of our team will contact you to:
- Answer any questions
- Schedule a lease signing appointment
- Help you select your booth space
Note: Vendors with pre-signed lease agreements will receive priority when selecting booth locations.
How Sales Work
Vendors Mall operates using a centralized Point of Sale (POS) system to provide customers with a smooth and convenient shopping experience.
Vendors Mall Handles:
- Customer checkout
- Sales processing
- Major payment methods
- Daily transaction support
*It is prohibited for Vendors to conduct transaction from their booths.
Our team records all sales through a professional POS system designed to keep transactions organized and efficient.
Vendors Simply need to:
- Tag items with a price, description, and booth number
- Stock and organize their booth space

Grand Opening Special
Grand Opening Vendor Special
Vendors who sign a pre-lease agreement before our grand opening will receive 10% off their first month’s booth rent.
Standard Monthly Booth Rates
- 5 x 5 Booth: $200–$250 per month
- 5 x 6 Booth: $250–$275 per month
- 5 x 10 Booth: $300–$350 per month
- 10 x 10 Booth: $600–$650 per month
A flat 25% fee will be applied to cover sales tax and credit card processing fees.
